Always loved the RC45...homologation special and yours looks a fine example. If you must sell then I hope you get proper money for it. I see Roy Jervis...the bike shop. co.uk has a low mileage one owner example at the right kind of money. He is always at the higher end with bikes but they always appear to sell given a little time.
Good luck with what you finally decide to do but I'm feeling the pain and its not even my bike!
