Amazon bargain springs!!!!

Good stuff, looks like a hell of a drop, but the dark wheel tyre and dark picture make it had to see just how low the bodywork is to the top of the tyre.

Please keep us updated how it rides afterwards, mine may be on for wednesday

Those springs look OK... I suppose time will tell how strong they are, but I don't suppose you can go too far wrong at that price!

i'll get some better photo's later on when the sun's facing the car.

i also feel a little bit odd when i take photo's on my driveway of my car. my neighbours must thing i'm a right weirdo

I fitted fronts and backs 3 days ago and the car does sit extremely low. I love the look but it does tend to scrape when driving on uneven road surfaces such as country lanes, which happens to be where i live!

The front bumper bottom lip rubs when driving up my drive and it bottomed out on a multi-story slope last night which was rather embarrassing.

The front side of the front tyres also tends to rub against the plastic arch lining.

So, all in all it looks great but its a complete pain. I just cant be bothered to change them back again since the front swap used my day off last week!

Ill try and add some photos later on today.

I'm fitting an M bumper... :tumbleweed:

I had H&R springs on my last Z4 and it didn't sit that low, didn't rub tyres either. The pics on Page 3 of the thread dont look to sit as low as yours Ben, but will wait to see it with the fronts on as well.

I dont want to pay to fit then have to pay to remove them due to problems :headbang:

it may just be because i live on a hill. the other side doesn't sit that low at all:

apologies for the dirty car, haven't cleaned it and it's covered in sand for some reason.

Hurry up with the pictures, what's taking so long? :poke: :poke:

I'm now in two minds whether to fit these with the M bumper coming soon, so will be very interested to hear how you get on. I live in speed bump central, and my last Z4 was on H&R springs, so technically these are 5mm lower than those.

for now yes. will be fine, only using it to go to work and back 10 miles on an a-road. need to find/buy some spring compressors to get the fronts changed.

are they 19's? is ground clearance the same with 18's and 40 profiles on the front and 19's and 35 profiles?

Look good, any issues with rubbing or grounding out? Are you on m sport shocks?

Thanks
