That's had more than it's fair share of woes, second time it's been up for sale too, looks nice but makes a buyer nervous. Good car for the money or one to avoid?

You never know ! Its had a lot done, which could be a good thing, or its 'needed' a lot done, which may well continue to be the case !

Yes of course. Have to say it's tempting...

"Cylinder head rebuild" might just be the standard 80k+ HG failure - however, that together with the gearbox & clutch would make me stay away. Good price though (for buyer, not other owners )
