Only just caught up with this thread , , defo interested in lower front splitter thing + under fang protectors
Also just thinking out loud , what about those expensive hard to get hold of roof down side cover things :?

Re the front fang/splitter , i could easily do some mock up templates in 4mm/6mm MDF ?

The side covers would be good, will have a try with some cardboard to see if it's possible. In regards to the fang protectors, if you could do an MDF template that would be brilliant.

Ooooooh...... excited!. For ages now i've been trying to find someone who could make something similar to what i've posted below, with maybe a 'Z' etched into them or something zed related. Is this possible, would bring a unique touch to the car!

Unfortunately, can't laser etch only laser cut. I have 82mm badges with the ///M sign and BMW sign available of your interested?

MM did some of these for mine!! i think they look ace. One didn't come out quite so perfect but, I've learned to love the machined flaw

no. currently the stock hockey puck is in place. I'm going to keep the stock badge in place after asking a few different people at the shows etc.

are these parts still being looked into? ive seen some fang protectors and wondered if its worth you looking into this as im sure you could make them a lot cheaper than this....

Yeah!!!! That is exactly the type of thing I was thinking. If its flat, it can definitely be done, would just need measurements etc.

Definitely interested in this! Was looking at where I could get a whole under-piece fabricated for the Alpina spoiler...

yeah, mine has a few scrapes at the moment... courtesy of a very challenging speed bump, with an adjacent pothole!

Aren't the fang guards different between the spoilers? Alpina's are different from ///M's. I can do a template for the Alpina's when I'm next at home (in a week or so).

Are pedals a silly idea? :-? not sure how they'd attach I guess drill and bolt, not found any that I love for the Z yet..

I can't help but think the metal roundels and badges would look much better on an interlagos Z or similar - I reckon that deep blue and the brushed metal would contrast pretty well!

Just noticed the replies on this, the protectors would be really easy to do, just need a donor set/template!! Wouldn't cost much for a set either. Would really like to see the badges on a darker coloured car as bizarrely all the sets sold so far have been for silver/grey cars. Open to offers on the badges now as still got a fair few left.

well put me down for a set of the fang protectors as 1 of mine has a slight scrape under 1 which will be repaired soon and dont want it happening again

if anybody has a set, get them off and make a template

If you could do something like this to protect my bumper (non ///M version though) Im definitely interested! Mine is going in for a front end respray 3rd August to repair all the bottoming out damage from the previous owner so something like this would be awesome to protect the new paintwork
