Potentially dropping out next Sat but I'm trying to re-arrange.Suppossed to be collecting the wife's replacement vehicle this weekend but it hasn't worked out which pushes it on to next :headbang:
I'll keep you informed and hopefully work something out for mid-week

Okay,let meknow.
Having the same issue too, looking at getting an x4 or x3 on extended test-drive(to see if it's anywhere near as good as a Macan), and it's been put back until next weekend, but will have to wait.
Fun time comes first :D

Let me know, and hope u can sort things out.
This is becoming a "will he ,won't he" thread, lol :poke:

Keep me posted,cheers

No worries, just thought I'd keep you posted about this hiccup.Kinda went to look at a Freelander last Sat and ended up leaving a deposit to hold it with a view to collecting it today.
It had a couple of things we wanted done but the parts didn't arrive......hoping for a collection mid-week so should all be good.....fingers crossed, fate and all that.....if it's meant to happen,it will is my belief

Hope you make it Highlander as I have wanted to meet you since you offered to help me out last Xmas when I was a coil pack short.

We also need to sort Zedwards John O Groats trip and how we sort the Northern quarter of the U.K. between us!!!

We're fully expecting to be able to collect the Freelander before next weekend, just a heads-up in case it goes wrong.........obviously we just have to go with the flow and Mrs is keen to get her "new" car........not as keen as me though as she's piling the miles on E89 by using it everyday.
Yeah, hadn't forgotten about Zedward so we should be easily able to plan out his trip(am I right in thinking you're the most northern forum member on west of Scotland?) Between us all north of the border we'll be sure to show him all the sites and here's hoping his arrival fits in with everyones holiday/routine plans..........1st half of June I'm AWOL.
Catch everyone at Broxden next Sat.....if there's not too many trucks parked up then there should be enough room for us on the concrete apron by the service station for photo op

Very enjoyable 90miles covered earlier from Pitlochry to Braemar :driving: then back
Not exactly thrashing it with mrs w on board but scenery was stunning especially the climb & descent to Glenshee
S2000 owners (7/8 cars ) were on the road + one marked police car near summit otherwise the road was virtually traffic free

Yeah, always sends up alarm bells, when people say one thing, but info on Sig says something different.... The downside of organising meets, unfortunately.
Never had any grief on this forum in all the years I have been on it,until 2015,and been a bit wary since, lol.

Am I just being paranoid, haha?

I'm hearing from local radio that it's to be "warmer than Ibiza" in Scotland at the weekend and we can expect high teens °C.......better get some factor 50 in the car.
Mrs Gunn & myself will be at Broxden before 8.30 on Sat........looking forward to a day out the with the roof stowed.

Nothing too exciting Craig. MOT was due and I was away for work along with a ballast going so got that and couple of other jobs done. While the bumper was off I thought I would get it painted. New brakes all around, MM tips, CDV delete.

Well there was a list but I will see today what has been done!

Looking forward to Saturday.
