Missed out on Scottish trips in 2012 so need to make amends. Would Cayman be welcome if we brought both cars & kids (Craig can vouch for them!) ?

Depends on how early in August we're talking about - too far in and we'll be away, though there's still some flexibility in my plans... So instead we'll find a way of coming up in June. Do 't mind me, I'll keep an eye and get to whichever one we can make. Or maybe both![]()

Adamski was thinking about the first weekend in August for Skye last i heardSwiftly said:May looks reasonably clear at present. In June I am not free the weekend of the 8th and 9th, otherwise dates are reasonably flexible. Re the Skye meet, it really depends on what dates are being planned, but would really like to attend.

ZermattV said:Ok for a May/ June Meet the 2nd June would probably suit me the best - looking through the Scotland Meets threads it looks like we've not done the Perthshire roads for a bit - Loch Tay , Loch Rannoch ,Pitlochory ,Kenmore - is this something people would be interested in ?
I've come across some routes we could use as a basis for the day but have not got the time to recce the route before hand - if there is interest any takers for acting as lead for this one ? The distances I've seen on the routes I've found are in the 130-150 mile range.

Some spare time this afternoon - so looked into it and I could run a one day run 2nd June around Perthshire - Distance 150-70 miles Lunch at one of the Hotels on the North of the Route (Moulin Inn, Loch Rannoch Hotel tbc ) . it would take in most of the loch roads in the area with a start probably in Stirling or Dunblane.
If this is of interest to people I'll move it into a separate thread .
We probably did sections of what I've planned with A11y back on the first meet in April 2010 but other than A11y and myself I think most from that first outing have moved on.
If people want to get out before this date then no worries - but I won't be able to lead or set the route up - if it is earlier - someone is welcome to the route Ive plotted if it speeds up the organising.
Not a West Coast Blockbuster this one but it doesnt use any of the entry points to the west coast to much so keeps them clear for other runs.
Cheers
