Have we sorted out an A team and a B team, the B team being Sunday drivers like me or am I on me ownsome :(

How quickly do you think people go on these meets?! Just sit towards the back of the pack and use the route map Tony gives you if you get left behind. I doubt you'll need it as with 15+ cars there will always be somebody in view.

I'm not saying nowt :silence:

Maybe I've been spoilt by the attitudes of the Scottish meets I've been on. You're told the route, given a check point and are then free to get there at whatever speed you please. Personally I bought a sports car to drive enthusiastically but never selfishly or dangerously. I guess that means different things to different people. :)

On a side note, I'm gutted to be missing this meet. Damn Gainsborough Trinity are to blame!

On the Cotswold meet, at least two scampered off and later claimed 145 :o

And I'm not saying who...

Ruth (jaRED) will be leading the 'B for biscuits' group - lots of directions handed out and no pressure to keep up - just join back on at the stopping points. Looking forward to seeing you again. :)

My view is "it's their license and I'm too old for this s**t". I can say the roads they did scamper off on were deserted and as safe as it could be for a uk road. I didn't actually see such speeds as I was the tail gunner. I had plenty of fun dropping back and catching up though

Am I the only one who isnt really bothered about the speed, roads or biscuits? I'm just going for the good crack and to be amongst a load of beautiful machines 8)

Good show - i'll have yours then :)

You're right mates make meets not speed - but good roads help too ;)

The Sunday drivers will see to rushing about the place.
But a relaxed drive will suit us fine.
So no bother.

Don't want to downplay the driving - will be more spirited than relaxed in the first group - we've all got sportscars so it's hardly caravan pulling pace. Anyone who's been on previous meets will know what I mean.

I'm sticking with the biscuits, mate will be with me in the Zed so no M3. Looking forward to a good day's driving

Me too. Have added to the biscuit collection, but still hoping for sunshine :) The roads were pretty clear last week so let's hope its the same this time around

We are telling everybody that the weather is forecast is for three feet of snow. That way we can have the roads to ourselves again like last weekend :P
