Me and a few friends organise a monthly meet at the Stag Hotel in Wigan. It's not far from the M6/East Lancs junction, so pretty accessible. It started out as an MR2 Owners Club meet, but a couple of years ago we diversified. A good few members had moved away from MR2s but still came to the...

Ah, interesting. They do seem to have a decent following in Scandinavia. Odd really, they can be pretty terrifying when it's slippy! :D

I'd have considered an E85 if there was a hard top available, but as it doesn't appear that it was an option, so E86 it is. Also, isn't it twice as stiff? (Or is that something I shouldn't mention? :wink: )

Thanks for the welcomes :thumbsup: I think I'll miss the mid-engined handling a little at first, but not for long :wink: Definitely looking for an E86, though. Not fussed about open top motoring, I like some metal over my head :thumbsup:
