Me and a few friends organise a monthly meet at the Stag Hotel in Wigan. It's not far from the M6/East Lancs junction, so pretty accessible.
It started out as an MR2 Owners Club meet, but a couple of years ago we diversified. A good few members had moved away from MR2s but still came to the meets, so we started posting on a few different forums and we now get a reasonable mix of cars - from Skylines to a soon to be supercharged VX220. The meet runs from 19:00 to 23:00 on a drop in drop out basis. Turn up when you like for as long as you like. The full pub menu, bar snacks and drinks will be available for those wanting to stay for their evening meal or just relax with a drink and get to know each other.
The Stag Hotel is a Marston's so it has a good, cheap and comprehensive menu.
It has a large quite car park to the rear in which we'll try to situate ourselves to the rear of to limit the chance of randomers parking between us and ruining our photo ops.
