I'm interested. Especially at somewhere like Silverstone and not in the deepest darkest South like London. After all we want to go somewhere you can actually drive and enjoy the roads to/from, not sit in a bloody big traffic jam. Actually thinking of the A43 on any race day.... can we have it in somewhere else!!

Scottish Convoy down the day before and camp overnight? Unless the travelodge next to Silverstone has been rebuilt since being burnt down before last year's grand prix?

I went to the Z-Fest (pronounced ZEE over here by the Yanks) in Los Angeles. Getting together with large numbers of Z owners is a blast and you should all do it..

A couple of dinners, some BMW displays , self guided group trips through some twisty's ..... A bit of a show-and-shine and lots of good cameraderie. You folks should definitely get something going over there.. And access to a track with some track time, brilliant

Get Top Gear to come out and sponsor something ...... :wink:

I saw this mentioned in the BMW Car Club magazine & was instant smiles. I've been to Bimmerfest in California, M-Fest in Las Vegas & they were both a blast. I'll be there rain or shine for this event.

Matt,will u also be going to the Lakes/Dales "national" meet,if u go to this? ( i hope so) ...i will post more info at the turn of the year,but am thinking of maybe moving the "Nationel" meet from 1st weekend in July,to 3rd/4th weekend in June,if ppl want to avoid a clash/the 2 being close together,as the zfest is penciled in for around 2nd/3rd weekend in July
