I've noticed a clear difference on Autobahn (maybe more regular as a Swede) above 200km/h and certainly above 250 with or without front spoiler. As std, steering becomes very "light"... No wonder looking at that huge bonnet of ours, a large low-pressure area.
Also lowering made a positive difference. I suppose every little bit of airflow you can stop going under the car, that's good.
I can imagine not having an undertray would alter things too.
Certainly, a proof my spoiler/splitter make a difference is I had to make an extra middle support on my undertray to stop it being sucked to the ground, bulging down...
