You can buy a loom from BMW or make your wiring up as other on here have done.
IIRC Rob Davey made his own so you could drop him a PM

They don't need pretensioners and all that and can easliy pick up fab up a suitable seat belt mount point. Thets' what happened to my old seats and the guy travelled 400 miles for what he said is a well known swap.
