Sorry, didn't mean it to sound that I don't like Imola, I do. Just thought it would be less popular than Interlagos.

No worries BMW obviously thought they were the best colours

Not sure if this was David Holmes telling me porkies or not but they reckon that the original launch colour for the M Coupe was going to be Midnight Blue but because it was BMW Individual they decided against it and used a standard metallic colour. I'd already bought it so it wasn't flannel to get me to buy their car

Can anyone confirm or disprove this ? :?

When I was buying I deliberately avoided IB, your signature is an exception but in most for sale' adds it just looks really flat and dull.

The true colour of IB is extremely difficult to capture - my sig photos are of the same car taken with the same camera but on different days (no not the third pic ). When clean it really shines in bright sunlight, but it does become extremely flat when dirty, and under street lights at night it's almost black.
