I’m having a similar problem. Just refreshed the entire hydraulic pump, actuators, wiring from a kit that was $3000 from a dealer. OEM part, had to mod in a few places to get pins & screws to fit up. Bench tested and opened and closed. Got the roof back in, will go up, won’t retract. Hydraulic release in boot engaged, no micro switch issues. Shelf is down.
