Well done Andy. Ive just caught up on the thread with interest. The car is looking great and i'm glad to see you out enjoying it. Didnt like to think of you Zedless and you weren't for long either !!

Yea its not a big job & the guy who put me onto it reckons it cures the majority of sticky issues
Mine definitely does not have sticky steering now & after leaving the car on trickle the time i was away could not make it faultmode today so pretty sure my fault is related to a battery drain of some sorts .
Back into indy next week for more testing :thumbsup:
 
Battery drain sounds nasty. Definitely not alternator-related? Sure you'll get it sorted one way or another.

I actually think the wheels you've picked on mine would look pretty good on an E89. It's amazing what a difference a set of decent wheels make to the more modern looking Z4. Wife keeps telling me to upgrade to E89 as she gets deaf when I take her out in mine.
