Z4 Jet Black v Zymol Royale

Hi All,

Been a long time since i had the time or inclination to go any deeper than a good wash on the cars. With Spring coming and having made the Freelander look pretty on New Years day i felt the love and decided to give the Z4 a tickle.

This was only ment to be a hand polish but closer inspection highlighted alot of etched water marks still hiding from last summer and my in-laws sprinkler system...... The car is in pretty good condition since i corrected a few years back with a DA, my wash routine is a little extreme but very few marks were present.

So i got out the Festool Rap150 and because of the lack of dusting I used Dodo Juice Lime Prime on a 3M Yellow Pad.

Heres some during shots....

Inspection light wall mounted works really well

When i get a chance ill give it a little wipe over with Z8 but didnt want to effect the wax before it had truly cured for 24 hours.

Anyway Thanks for looking.

Thanks guys,

I guess it should be said this is far from a daily drive, In fact this car is the main reason... cause i got into detailing as my previous wash routine was coming up a little short.....

I do on occasion do my folks cars and did correct my borther-in-laws Campervan. When i moved to the new house i wanted to get the garage up to spec to allow me todo a few more cars when needed.

Jet Black is a love hate relationship imo...... lol
