Z4 in Atacama Yellow is it just me!

Any yellow car my 4 year old nephew sees he automatically calls it a Bumblebee. I should be thankful I don't have a yellow one, for him my car was just a strange car with missing seats but when he saw that my roof came off and wasn't fabric he truly believed I had a transformer for a car, if it had been yellow to boot, I'd never of got him out of it!

Hi Carol I thought you did have an E89 in yellow and in that picture it does look like a gorgeous colour, what model was yours.

I love the E89 in Atacama Yellow.
If I lived in as rural area it would of been colour of choice but living and commuting in North London it would gain too much unwanted attention.

Another Atacama fan here

I love the interior, because it feels more individual compared to other interiors... Same with Valencia Orange. Loads of people don't like the seat stripes on the orange, but I think both colours' interiors give a more sporty feel to the look of the car.

Recently sat in a ferrari 458, which was yellow (or whatever they call it), black roof, black alloys. It looked amazing!

But then if i had the money, the ferrari would have to be red!

For the first one, at least :D

Ahh Bing I knew you were a man with quirky taste, no doubt I won't find one with the right spec as I am sure they are quite rare.

I think the individual interior was 'mandatory', so your issue I guess will be satnav, PDC, heated seats etc. ? Keep looking, but be patient - I'm sure one will come up. Try and get a 35is if you can

I had the 2.0 which was the baby when I ordered mine. I really loved it but the Porsche came up and it was a no-brainer to buy it (it just happened to be yellow!)

Buy it because you like it ,makes no difference what other people think

I totally agree but my wife isn't keen she would prefer white or black with red leather :)

Hi Bing I am in no rush whatsoever all I know is I will change my E85 for one and it will be either a 35is or a 35i I would prefer the 35is but they seem to be quite rare and due to budget it needs to be 4 to 5 years old and if a lovely 35i with the right spec came up I would be tempted.
