Z4 from Southern California

Since I've been using the info from this forum for years perhaps it's time for an introduction. I purchased my Olivin Green 2004 3.0i about three years ago. In that time I've replaced various gaskets and plastic cooling bits, the water pump (twice!) and rebuilt the DISA valve myself. Currently at 109k miles and running like new. She's well equipped with the Premium, Convenience and Sport Packages including M Sport seats. I absolutely love this car!

The only mod, if you can call it that, is I added an AUX port to the stereo. I have no plans to do anything other than continue to try to resolved the steering light gremlin that's been there as long as I've owned the car. I'm considering selling her along with my 128i and stepping up to an E89 as a daily driver but it's hard enough to part with one car I love, selling two would be traumatic.

Pardon the top up photos. It was unseasonably hot here in San Diego. I can assure you we spend many late afternoons driving along the coast with the top down!

Love that colour TonyV. Bet it looks great cruising around the Gaslamp District around sunset.

Must be such a chore living in sunny southern California. I feel for you

Glad you got here in the end, so welcome aboard.

That's an unusual colour and with those wheels and M-Sport seats you have found a cracker!

Lovely Zed. You can have the steering column adjusted to cure/improve the light steering issue. If you know what you're doing it can be done. Or get someone who knows what it's about to sort it. I am planning on having mine done when I get time to take it to the Zed Shed here in the UK. Takes about half an hour and will cost me £30.
