Kinda wish we could get ALL the ppl who have ever attended the national meets to attend the meet at the same time,ie this year,and have 1 MASSIVE attendance,lol.

IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON CAMPING,I am now taking DEPOSITS for camping,of £10 per tent...just pm me for info. this will get taken off the balance u pay,eg 1 2/3man tent at £12per nt(1 person occ) = £24 for 2 NIGHTS,less £10 deposit,PAID TO ME..leaving £14 balance to pay the campsite (IN JULY).
Please let me know if u want to attend the Friday nt meal at Crooklands...and for all the above;let me know how many nights,no.of ppl,etc.

Yes,its nice having an M,but still miss my 3.0,given i had it for over 5years.
Yes,must be good having a garage for your z,and why me and the wife have been looking for a new house for the past yr or 2..just cant find one that we both like(as we are quite fussy),and dont want a new build/which makes it harder to get what we want,and to sell ours,given the lack of 1st-time buyers!!

Read the posts from last year and we'd like to attend this year. That's me and my wife. Please add us as a definite.
We'll travel over from Newcastle Friday after work but unlikely to get there in time for the meal at the Crooklands. We would like to camp Fri and Sat and attend both runs (and the BBQ of course)
We'll be in our Silver 2.0i Sport (we'll do our best in the company of so many Ms) Let me know and I'll send you the deposit.

Having mentioned the fact that the money raised from the Charity Raffle has went to Christies cancer hospital,and Cancer research UK in the past,which has been chosen by us guys/gals at the time,i am proposing that all money we raise this year be donated to MACMILLAN CANCER CARE,IN MEMORY OF FELLOW FORUM MEMBER CARL EDMUNDS;CJEDS...a very nice guy for those that had the pleasure of catching up with him at various meets.
I ran this by a few ppl at an earlier meet,and the idea was well received,and as such i had messaged Carls widow(Nicola),but sadly gor no reply..though i am sure she wouldnt have any objections with us doing this in Carls memory.
Let me know your thoughts on this/especially those of you who will be attending the National meet,and ,hopefully,contributing to our Charity raffle by buying tickets.

Tempted by this - are there still camping spaces left? Will need to run this by the Mrs - but if she's not up for it will try and find a mate to share the journey with (besides, somebody needs to hold the camera!!!).
Would be coming from Southampton to would be looking to drive up on the Friday then stay Fri and Sat - are people camping both evenings?
