Z4-FORUM NATIONAL MEET (NO.4),6TH/7TH JULY,2013

I am free currently and am interested however would like to just check it over with the Mrs.

So - If I was coming I would like to camp, do you go all out with the big tents or just bring a little one?

Hi Craig. would loved to have booked up with you again for this one as we had such a great time with you all last year, but I'v already sorted out a trip driving through...... France/Switzerland/Italy/Austria/Germany/Brugge. I think i'm going to be a wee short of funds this year. :(

Please bring as small a tent as possible,i.e if u are on ur own/just with 1 other person,please DO NOT bring a huge 4/5/6man tent,as this limits space for other tents,so if u have a 2man tent,bring it over bringing a huge tent,haha.
one or 2 ppl bring larger tents,as thats all they have,but as said,space at the Waters edge is limited to around 12-14tents,possibly more/dependant upon sizes.

Yep that's fine, I've got a 2man and a 4 so I'll bring the little one - cheapie from Asda. Please book us on it, let me know when you need the deposit.

The BBQ is done by myself,John,Phil,Jim,etc etc and whoever else wants to help out at the time....AS FOR FOOD,DO NOT BRING ANY FOOD WITH YOU.
I/WE COLLECT £6 FROM EVERYONE(attending the bbq),THAT WE USE TO GO ON A RUN TO THE NEARBY ASDA,WHICH ALWAYS HAS WORKED OUT WELL,AND I BRING COALS,UTENSILS,etc......so just bring yourselves folks,and a spare few £ for the bbq and also for the Charity Raffle.
