I'll probably be there, can't say for definite yet. I'll be booking myself into the hotel for Saturday, like last year.

Good,good....now we just need some of the welsh forumites to make it again this year and hopefully some Irish and we will have a true "National" meet :thumbsup:

I have now provissionally booked a table for 14ppl for the Friday nt,at THe Crooklands Hotel,at 6.30-for 7pm,and they are qt flexible on numbers,etc as before.So please let me know by post/pm if ur wanting to eat on Friday nt.

I have also agreed a discounted room rate at the Crooklands...a dbl room bede n brkfast is £85 per nt,as oppose to £105(from what the manager said)...i dont know how this rate compares with what u can get fro the net(ie lastminiute/laterooms,etc etc)..but if u want to book at this rate,just mention myself and the z4-forum/meet. I spoke to someone called Vicky.
FOR THOSE ALREADY BOOKED,IF THIS RATE IS CHEAPER THAN WHAT U HAVE BEEN GIVEN,DIRECT BY THE HOTEL,THEN LET ME KNOW UR FULL NAME/ADRS(PM) AND I WILL SORT IT OUT FOR THE FEW WHO HAVE ALREADY BOOKED THE HOTEL.....PLEASE NOTE this does NOT apply if u have been booked via a 3rd party,just if u have booked DIRECTLY with the hotel,cheers :thumbsup:
Apologies for any hassle,but been busy,and was hoping to get a deal on the Fri nt.Meal,rather than rooms.but hey-ho.

Oh yes put me down as a maybe please, I have to check who is off on the Friday at work. What time roughly will you set off on the Saturday morning? Probably hotel it on the Sat night.
 
I will be there as I haven't been on a forum run since the first national meet! Miss u guy+ girls! Won't be that many of the original faces I will even recognise but will be nice to make some new friends as well! Will be there Friday till Sunday! :driving:
 
Ok,will do. we leave at 10a.m on the Saturday/or there abouts,but we meet around 9.30,we dont set off til around 10-ish. :driving:
