Certainly looks better than having the massive aerial that was on before lol!
 
having overtightened a few bolts in my time :roll: i would suggest trying to extract it using bolt extractors. you'll have to find a small enough extractor (2mm perhaps) and be straight and precise when drilling the hole.
remove the base and diy with it clamped to a bench.

It's blatantly obvious your nuts are too tight Chris :poke:
