Z4 Coupe in Phoenix Yellow

I'm feeling a bit sick posting this.... but, here's mine. 40,000 on the clock, rarely used and currently SORN. Let me know what you think. No bargain hunting please. It's manual and in wonderful condition. Check my posts. I have kept the original wheels as well. I'm not definitely selling, as I really don't want to, but for the right price I may.
That is a fine looking specimen, Sir.

Yes, truly stunning! I really hope it has the Bi-Colour PY seats too.

Mr Tidy is right. It is truly stunning! The rarity and low mileage must surely mean it's worth at least half it's original sale price, so I reckon about £16K. Keep it as a future appreciating classic and enjoy your summer in it. Thank you for sharing such a beauty.

Thanks, no it has the black seats. Personally, I prefer them over the bi-colour ones, but that's a personal thing.

Looks very lovely!!!
Does not appear to have the desired yellow and black seats and dashboard colours. My baby does. I will add some pics soon.

I’m with you on this, prefer the single colour leather

Another truly stunning Z4C and so rare to see two Phoenix Yellow examples in such a short space of time. I expect you will get a great deal of interest and a top price if you sell.

Much better than a hens tooth

If interested, you can contact me on [email protected]. I have my eye on a lotus exige s2 RGB so the little BM may have to go.

One of only 4 manual yellow UK cars with the black and yellow seats plus dash.
At least one of those is dead I think as a roadster I nearly bought had its interior retro fitted. Unless that was from one of the two black cars.
I wish there was a register of surviving cars and right offs on here.

I am trying to find my old PY Z4 coupe. It was on a 56 plate, coloured coded leather, colour coded dash, Sat Nav, manual, SI model.
I sold it to a BMW dealer in approx 2008/09 in Chester, Cheshire UK.
I saw the car fairly regularly but it’s now been without MoTand road tax for at least two years. Last MoT’d at 70,000 odd miles.
If anyone knows of it, I’m selling my classic Jaguar 3.4 S-type and would love to buy the Z4 back.

Anyone know anything about it?

Cheers,
Mark.

Was it LF68164? This looks to be the only car in that spec with Nav. Produced 4th Aug 06.
Let me try to track down the one that was written off to check and hopefully eliminate that one.

Hi RMB.
It was registered on 19th Sept 2006.
Phoenix Yellow with 2 tone seats and leather dash with yellow stitch work.
Top of dash Sat Nav, Manual box, CD multi changer, heated seats, can’t really remember much else.
I bought it 2nd hand in 2008 from BMW Fairfield in Southend, then sold it to BMW Halliwell Jones in 2009.
It was taxed until July ‘22 and MOT expired July ‘21.
Last V5 was issued in 2012, so I reckon it’s been bought then sold and is now probably on it’s forth owner.
It had a pretty bad MOT failure in June 2020 which was put right and passed in July 2020.
I think that it’s somewhere local, has probably had a private plate put on by the 3rd keeper, then returned to its original plate now by 4th keeper, but that’s just guess work.
Any info would be superb.
Thank you.

68164 was my car. A friend in the trade just checked it for me. It’s not a write off, it’s back on its original plate. I just have no way of finding where it is or who owns it now.

Thanks,
Mark
