Z4 Charity Run (Map Added)

Added myself, but I do appreciate that EY is the arse-end of nowhere. I would probably be a good link up between North Yorks/Durham and North Lincs. :)

I'm up for this - maybe I can do a Kent to Essex leg via brands hatch or something :-)

I'll stick myself on the map

Just seen its a clockwise route... So Kent to Somewhere else in Kent then I guess :D

Loving the idea and am in Fort William area.

Any other Scottish based folk to pass the teddy to?

Good man!!....was typing War & Peace so missed your post..........we'll work the Scottish leg out but I'm happy to do the north coast as I can visit family as well.........would you be OK with me ejecting Zedward on the way south........reckon I'll be over the silence by then

Highlander that would be fine. I know you have family in Wick so you are ideals or the far North. We could meet at Dingwall (my family) and take down the East coast or back down the West coast depending on who wants the next leg.

Nictrix (don't know how to quote two folk) but I am sure we can all combine North or South.

I will wait on whoever is putting the legs together but will fit in.

Just a suggestion - is it possible to drop a link to the map on the first page?
The rate this thread is going I for one will forget where it is :)

On the map.

Once a good cause and rough route is agreed, might I suggest that someone design a flier, with a picture of Ted the Route and Charity details on it. Then make it available for members to print copies off and pass them, politely, to any one who takes an interest in Ted whist on route. :)

We need more in the Midlands, Cornwall, Wales and Scotland

I'm less than conspicuous with RPi's on, so a giant teddy cant hurt. Adding myself to the map!

Buzy has volunteered and is now on the map yet. RJBaz3.4 and HelenJones are also down that way and there's plenty of time yet but Devon & Dorset are looking sparce.

If I'm heading up through Wales at the end of March, me and the lads will share his trip so he can enjoy 3 or 4 Zeds on the way up to the Llandudno region. (unfortunately he may have to endure a Coupe or two though !)
If he goes clockwise there will be plenty of volunteers too by the time he heads South.

Would be nice if someone can temporarily bring him back for the English Welsh meet though as we may get a few quid for a Dick Lovett BMW Shirt going on him !

Once we get all of the Charity suggestions in ( By End of Feb?) , we'll set up a March Poll so everyone can have a vote on the chosen good cause.

I'll get a T-shirt for him to wear with the details on, so when (...not if ) you take him in the cafe/pub, everyone will know.
(It may say " <-- I'm with this idot" though !!! )

Yeah, the only fly in the ointment might be the timing as we 're going to Florida around April/May. Will just have to wait and see on the date(s). :)

Tony.
