I am 66 in April and don't have any difficulty getting in and out of my Z4 but I regard myself as fit for my age whereas they are many overweight lard arses walking around in their 20's who clearly don't exercise and would have extreme difficulty getting behind the wheel.
Here, here!

Looks like the group is divided demographically between 20 somethings and those alive during The Summer of Love.
Not surprising that the child rearing group is mostly vacant.
Not to fixate on how many Summer of Lovers can still get into and out of "it" ...
The question that has to be asked is if you handle the ergonomics with "grace" ...
Like if you have to roll out of the seat onto the ground and then pretend you were looking for some small change. and not having some sort of seizure or a full body cramp..
Well I say thats all good!
As far as those who are midriff challenged ...
I learned on a Bugeyed Sprite (AH Frog Eye over your way) and in those days when I was an athlete (?), the best way to slip behind the steering wheel was to stand on the seat and slide in.
Not a problem with the roof, seeing as that accessory was long gone and replaced with what we called a tonneau cover.
I wonder why tonneau covers have largely disappeared ?
I still consider that the best way for a roadster.
Top down ..slide down the seat with a plop into driving position !
Luckily I have the auto top down feature...
just sayin'
Bumpy
For you youngins ... Midlife Crisis is a fallacy perpetrated by jealous youngsters ..
