Z4 3.0i to 3.0si with bimmerlabs flash!!

I’d be interested in a “how to” for that.

Just flash EGS to 2.5si or 3.0si version accroding to the daten ATS file.
MTW I have modded my EGS software to display current gear, its pretty easy.
Here's how it looks like. Works on 6hp19 only, I can share if anyone needs it. You need winkfp and KDCAN cable to flash.

Basta aggiornare EGS alla versione 2.5si o 3.0si in base ai dati del file ATS.
MTW Ho modificato il mio software EGS per visualizzare l'equipaggiamento attuale, è piuttosto semplice.
Ecco come appare. Funziona solo su 6hp19, posso condividerlo se qualcuno ne ha bisogno. Per il flashing servono winkfp e il cavo KDCAN.

Ciao, ho visto che il sito web di Bimmerlabs non funziona più e mi serve il file di messa a punto per il mio N52B25 MSV70 dopo aver installato il collettore di aspirazione a 3 stadi. L'hai scaricato e puoi inviarmelo? Grazie mille!
 
In case anyone stumbles down this thread in the future: no need to swap back to stock, non 3.0si tune for California smog. It passes with the bimmerlabs tune just fine.

I personally use 3.0si ECE version tune. I wonder if that will pass the test. Maybe US version 3.0si file was specially tuned for US. (I'm not in US)
 
If im understanding this right I can take my n54 3.0i. 2003 E85 Change some parts and flash some tune and gain a bunch of HP? Can someone point me to more information. Some threads to read. More information please.

You mean M54. As @ivanchen1211 says, this is only available for the US spec N52 3.0i (and European 2.5i) to upgrade them to their Si equivalent.

If you want extra horses for your M54, the best route is adding a supercharger (lots of threads on here), but be prepared to spend some $$$.

I wonder which is cheaper...get a n52+transmission or supercharger

Il file che hai utilizzato sul tuo N52 3.0i 210 CV funzionerebbe anche sul mio?

Probably not. I had a constant Service Engine Soon light when I flashed just the ECE version on my USDM. If that light is on during smog its an instant fail, before they even check your codes and checksums via OBDII.

The light is on because you have to code it using nscexpert with changine the VO to EU version like BU53. Also the bimmerlabs tune files are wrong for 2006 model
