Z4 3.0 Coupe market watch

That particular dealer cars are certainly more than the market value, but from what I can gather I think all the cars are very well prepped and backed up by very good customer service

No customer service or prep is worth 4 or 5k

You don’t think that car is worth more than ten grand? It was worth that 18 months ago (when I was looking for one) before second hand car prices generally started going crazy. I agree £14k+ is a bit rich, although I’ll be delighted if he gets anywhere near that for it.

Maybe at a push but its pretty low spec along with being an SE, no cruise, no heated seats, not Nav, no folding mirrors.... non premium spec, not worth premium money imo

And it has wood in the interior, thats an instant -£6000 :poke:

Granted, it’s even baser-spec than mine (the things you learn when you join the forum) and the wrong colour  .
I quite like the wood trims, but not with the Oregon leather.
I suppose I should be pleased that mine hasn’t depreciated in my ownership, that’s definitely a first.

Im looking at selling mine and the sale prices at the moment are very very positive, I will still lose money but no where near what you would normally expect. Weird times!

It will be interesting to see how quickly this sells. I know last time they had it in stock it went quickly although I think it’s up for a bit more than last time

That looks strong money for an SE IMHO.

Thats comedy money for an SE and its on 61k miles as well, low yeah but not delivery mileage low

I'd love to know what this one eventually sells at. Mines a 56', 38k miles, Si Sport auto with a handful of options (heated leather M seats, nav, auto box, decent tyres with plenty of tread and a few other bits). If I could get £14750 for it I'd be chuffed :D

Well it didn’t hang around for too long…..

I do wonder what these kind of superficially mint, high ticket price cars actually go for when push comes to shove on the forecourt.

If someone paid even close to the money they were asking for that..... I need to speak to them about a bridge I have for sale

It would be interesting to know if it went for the full asking price or not. I guess it comes down to the same old it’s worth what someone is willing to pay, and in the case of this one, pay more than the retailer market average!

There are a few lower mileage examples on Autotrader for very strong money. This one has almost every option and only 28k miles - nearly £20k

47k miles, £16k - loving the interior colour!

59k miles, £14k - horrible wheels!

That first car is one for the collectors at that mileage. The second one should be priced closer in line to the third one, and the third one:

Yeah each to their own and that, but there are so many good wheel options for Z4's that were standard to begin with, why bother changing? At the very least he has the original according to the description.

Hi, I am interested in this one which has just appeared https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202201311969796

Is it a Sport? Do you think its valued about right?

The colour is brilliant, but I’ve got some reservations about the dealer. It looks like a car supermarket/finance farm and the description is very light on detail. It’s worth a look though, it looks clean!

I would say it’s about 2k too much given what I paid for my 83k mile example last year.
