Z3 project...no going back now!

As it was a nice day and I needed to sort out a few 'teething issues', mainly a cold start choke issue, I took the car to a couple of people who have had a hand in building it (bodyshop and tyre fitters) today.

Here are a few pictures of the car with the reg number and headlight covers on. Just the exhaust to do, hopefully being made and fitted this week.

Those headlight covers give it a real finished look. The attention to detail shows in the finished 'picture'. Well done, a brilliant job.
 
It just gets better and better Andy. As Stuart says we just can’t wait to see it. From the status point of view I’ve never been friends with anyone who owns a Ferrari. Must improve my social standing.😀😀😀

The Ansa exhaust is a very nice period original touch. It oozes class, and really takes your pride and joy up a level or two. Well done mate, that was definitely the right choice. (y)

Ah! But not everyone knows that. I don’t think my neighbours will realise it isn’t the real deal Martin. I don’t want it to go to his head but you’ve got to admit Andy has made a great job of this project.😉😉😉
 
Loads of hard work with long, long hours of boring filling and sanding and working out how to make things work, Pondrew deserves to enjoy his beautiful red Ferrari and good luck to him. Credit where it's due. :thumbsup: :driving:
