Coming from someone who was used to regularly washing this twice a week......
....I like to think I have gotten my technique down to a fine art..... and for me to do an absolutely top job with all the anti-swirl methods deployed, it usually takes me 50-60 mins. Could be quicker if needed but thats really not paying the attention I'd like to it.
ONE THING I WILL SAY though folks that cut my time down dramatically is using a WOOLY MAMOUTH drying towel. They are UBER thirsty and you can do a whole Zed without even needing to wring it out once! In fact I reckon you could do THREE without wringing out!
I just lay it on, then pat my other hand over the back of it and lift...... JOB DONE car immaculate and no water marks.
HERES MY ROUTINE:
* Blast with the Jet washer on the worst bits
* Snow Foam with the lance
* Rinse
* Chemical Guys Maxi-Suds and Mr Pink 50/50 mixed in a bucket with grit-guard (2 bucket method)
* Ultra thirsty Wookie Mitt to wash with
* Rinse off with hose
* Wheel Wash
* Rinse whole car with three capfuls of Demon Shine in a watering can to aid drying process
* Wooly Mamouth Drying towel dried
* Meguires Last Finish/Touch Quick Detail.
..............if I have time and I am that way inclined I might add a quick thin coat of R222 Concourse Wax
