On eBay people always say 'no bidders with less than 10 positive feedbacks'. It would be similar to that.

You know what, I just wanted a sales post. Then I started getting my mailbox full of emails noticing me that some bystander was commenting for no reason, totally uninterested by the sale topic.

And that's why maybe for the sake of a decent and orderly marketplace (as it's done in many civil places) the rule that the marketplace is just to discuss sales should be enforced. No bystanders commenting what they have zero interest in just to hijack and disrupt sales.
