Any fits fine, I got a low profile one so its hard to see from outside and less intrusive outside. Its a sort of wedge shape. Have a look at the 'dashcamtalk' forum for whats currently best :)

That's waaaaaay overkill for how I wired my rear camera to the passenger roll hoop. He pulled off a lot of carpet and sealing that you just don't need to for a simple rear camera. If you were fitting the rear parking camera then sure I can see why you would do that, but if you just want to fit a rear dashcam then it can be mounted to the roll hoop quite easily.

My method was to mount the camera on the windscreen on the passenger's side of the rear-view mirror. Then run the cable into the top frame of the window by removing a few screws detailed in other posts on this forum. Then run down the A pillar and into the seal between the door and the glovebox. Then run that into the fusebox.
For the rear camera, you continue the cable down from the seal between the door and glovebox and run it along and under the door seal and footplate, then up the back, and pop out at the bottom of the rear speaker panel, and sit the remaining spool of cable in the parcel shelf on the passenger side corner. When the seat is in its correct location it is impossible to see. Then run the cable up and pop it out under the wind deflector and into the camera. I'm sure there is a way to get it to pop out of the roll hoop, but I couldn't figure out how.

I'll dig up some photos and post them soon of location, camera quality in day and night with roof up and down.

hey, guy's going to go for the plunge to install a dashcam soon. Dashcams in and all set up in the car for the position just waiting on the wiring kit to arrive.

As I was test fitting today, any information on how to get the dashcam into the trim panel and into the A-pillar to the fuse box. I got all the other information on how to get it grounded and which fuse to use. However, I'm just confused with how do I get the A-pillar off or do I even need to?

Any videos or pictures on how to do this?

You have to remove the sun visors and roof trim to remove the A pillar trim, see the instructions on Newtis, it's pretty simple:
