Windscreen Fluid Leak

Not sure if anyone has had the same problem, I noticed my Windscreen washer fluid had been going AWOL rather quickly, so today I filled the whole windscreen bottle right up to the brim.

Within a few minutes it was dripping out FAST and within 20 mins the whole windscreen washer fluid was running down my driveway!

It was coming out by the front lower bumper (drivers side) anyone shed any light on this??

Its a E85 Zed..

Cheers

Do you have headlight washers?

If so then one of the pipes might have come away.

If not, then a pipe or the pump has become detached/leaking from the bottom of the water bottle.

IIRC it's quite easy to remove to check.

As above Headlamp was pipes most likely cause. A new set for both sides is just over £20 from you local main dealer.

Bumper off job though, which is not hard.

Nope, don't have headlight washers..
I assume its a pipe or pump like you say, am I right in thinking the main plastic bottle that holds the fluid should surely be ok?

Until you take it out of the engine bay you won't know whether there's a crack/hole in the tank, or just a loose/disconnected pipe/pump.

There is one screw that holds the bottle in place. The pump can just be pulled out of it's socket. From memory there is a lug that secures it i place so might need a twist. It's all straight forward though if you take a look.

OK, thanks guys will get the torch out and try and see if I can find the culprit, if not its into the garage this weekend..

Cheers
