Hoping the collective can confirm if these will fit my E85...

8 x 18 IS44 225/35/18
9 x 18 IS51 245/35/18

Thanks in advace

Thanks for that. Looks like I'll be fine on the wheels (3mm closer to the strut on the fronts, 1mm on the backs, must be fine with OEM tolerances?).

But ~4% speedo error on the fronts - is that generally acceptable? And 11mm ride height gain so will increase the front to rear rake a little...

If you haven't yet bought the tyres , the front normally run a side profile bigger than the rear on staggered sizes , wouldn't worry about speedo, just check with a GPS app on the phone to see where it is after, it will probably bring speedo more in line with true speed

Wheels will be fine. Normally 225/40, and 255/35 on the staggered wheels of similar sizes.

Iโ€™m sure they might fit but theyโ€™re awful, imho. Sorry! ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

If they fit an E46 they'll fit an E85 as they used the same sizes and offsets - you could have MV2s on both of them!

The fronts will actually sit 3mm further out than an MV2, 108, etc. with 225/45 tyres.

Being 9s the rears will sit 7.4mm closer to the strut and 5.4mm further out than an 8.5J MV2 or 108 rear with 255/35 tyres and the speedo will over-read 3.7% according to willtheyfit. Link here:- https://www.willtheyfit.com/

Being off a jeep, they'll also be a bit heavier than standard car wheels. I had a set of style 132 from an X5 on my old e85 for a short time, and it felt like driving with a couple of planets stuck to the front of it. Looked the part, though ๐Ÿ˜‚
