Why is the 3.0si so hard to find, I really want one!

I sold my mx5 just over a week ago and I have decided on a Z4 3.0si facelift model so a 2006/2007 model would be perfect, but can I find one anywhere!...

Err there might be! but none are suitable as I have looked! if you read my post you will see I want a 2006/2007 model and there certainly aren't 90 of them!!!!! Plenty of 2003/4 to choose from but that's not what I want.

Took me 2 month to find my Z ( got it in March ) and ended up buying it off a forum member, I was looking for exactly the same as you are 06 07 3.0si full spec, very very pleased with the car I ended up with, keep looking they are out there

Wow I just love that one it's exactly what I am after, the thing is I know there are some on Autotrader but I have contacted a few that might be suitable and it is amazing how many have issues such as dents on the wings or bumper plus they haven't been loved at all and some pictures show loads of crumbs and rubbish in the car which tells me they aren't loved at all!

Ideally I want to buy from a forum member so hopefully someone answers my wtb.

If you buy a Z4 from a forum member,you will know it will have been looked after.Have you checked the "Buy and sell - Z4 vehicles only" section.Something will come up,it can take time to find the right car.

But at least you will see some, most, all? of the faults the car has developed and if they were or were not fixed?

I love the coupe but it has to be a soft top as there is nothing more thrilling than flying across the north York moors on a lovely day with the top down.

I don't want anything over 60k miles and that has more than that so not for me.
