Who's going to hit Libya first ?

To be honest. My biggest fear is it will be a repeat of Afghanistan when the west gave aid to the "rebels" fighting the Russians. The "rebels' turned out to be buddies of the Taliban and used our and the Russians arms to make trouble for the west. Seems in that part of the world showing gratitude for the help you receive is not a concept they accept.

The old fable of pulling a thorn from the lions paw will keep you from being eaten. Does not apply in the Islamic world.

They hate anyone that is not like them. Xenophobia to the max.

They hate the west due to the fact that the UN annexed part of Palistine and just added a bunch of new lines to a map to create Israel.

The USA should have given northern California to establish a Jewish state. Better yet. We could give them the whole border area next to Mexico. The Israeli army knows how to guard a border.

So here we go again. Trying to be buddies with people that have hatred for the west programed into their DNA. We can never change that.
 
Not a bad idea but there are more Jewish people in New York state than in all of Israel, why not give them the deeds to what they don't already own there and stop all this war bullshit in the middle east. The rest of the New Yorkers probably wouldn't notice anyway.... :wink:

Just kidding.... They would probably prefer California, I would. :D
 
One thing for sure McBeee. The Jewish peoples could run California WAY better than the Californians could ever hope to. Want proof. Just pull up some Jay walking segments of Jay Leno. When asked the name of the ocean that is near L.A. Very few of the locals he talked to knew that it is the pacific ocean. All of the non-Californians knew the answer.

That answers the question as to why the US citizens let the politicians get away with doing very stupid things. They know more about their cell phones than they know about the BASIC way a government works or about world events. So they just vote for the politician that promises to give them the most money.
