Whisky isle tour, Sept 2011

Any of these dates suit me - so I am a definite yes.

However, Mrs MalcZ4 is just a maybe.

What am I going to do for two days on Islay - I don't like whisky? :cry:

Same here - also as both me and Mrs G are accountants month-ends are tricky to get time off, and with the Bank Hol on the 29th and the kids starting school on Mon 5th, the first week-end is probably better (although busier). But as we're probables rather than definates you might want to go with A11ys prefered dates, and we'll see if we can swing something nearer the time.

Reference timings, I aim to do a Recce come the milder weather and look at a possible meeting point for those travelling up from the south, Still alot to do, and as we are having an international member joining us I better get this right :(
 
I'm in the same situation as A11y and wife - currently don't know what I'm working after April and don't even know where I'll be working in August. I will try my best to come along, as will the other half (even though she doesn't know it yet!). And I can confirm we will be camping again regardless of what she says!

On a side note, anyone around Dundee 31st January - 2nd February? I'm driving up during the day on the 31st for a course and looking for some company!

I live in Invergowrie - just outside Dundee.
However, we leave for our winter holidays on the 31st - would have been good to meet another Z4 owner, who knows that the 2.0 is the sensible one to buy.

p.s. My wife is a phlebotomist in Ninewells Hospital.
 
I'm from Perth we could arrange a meet at the end of the month. The September dates are best for me with regards to the islay trip.

Well, there's always the completely unexpected accident juste before the week-end, but i'll do my best to be a part of that trip. The only real unknown is the car i'll be driving at the moment. Might be my current Z4, might be a new one, or might even be something a little bit more "british", if you see what i mean. :driving:

Well done Nosa for organising some dates and apologies for delay in getting back - setting up new biz is kinda time consuming. The early September dates look good and any combination of the extended weekend -should be fine. Make us a definate for sure. It would be great if the entire Skye 2010 crew made it plus an already growing following. Managed to get a quick top down blast last weekend which was fab - first time mine has been out for nearly 3 months ! :thumbsup:

Oi! Cheeky beggar!

I'm guessing September will probably be best for the two of us. I start my new job first week of August so will give me a few weeks to swap shifts if I need to. I'm hoping to go to somewhere where I know most of the consultants/admin staff so if I do then I'll be able to sort it out well in advance.
 
this road trip sounds ace!! hope the weekend you select allows me to join in. my other half has a baby due end of march so this may be my first trip away after the birth - so i may as well make it a memorable one :thumbsup:
