Whats good taste got to do with it?
I've never understood the appeal of a Mac (and I talk as an ex-IT business manager of 20-odd years experience) other than those instances where certain software packages either run better or were created with the Mac in mind. Other than that a Mac is a PC?
And don't get me started on Apple products. Style over Substance every time. I prefer my gadgets to work properly for more than ten minutes and also not be tied into whatever marketing wheeze Apple has on the go at the time....
So if you are uber-cool and wear a black polo-neck (which probably means you aren't LOL), get yourself a Mac, but Microsoft doesn't 'rule' 90% of the market for no good reason.
