I would normally get the AUC if i could afford it, but, the one that the indy has spec wise is too good compared the the AUC in my opinion. I wouldn't be worrying about the garage going bust, at least not before finding out who the warranty is through. Most garages buy a warranty from a company opposed to covering the car themselves. If you did have a change of heart and decided to go for the indy then you might be able to negotiate the warranty being with a company of your choosing.
