Me too, I would love my legs to be 2" longer :D

I already have 37" inside leg - I could spare a couple of inches
What? I didn't say that

You think that's bad my BMI of 20 (well 19.6) which means I've got a lower BMI than the mean of any country for my age

Oh an most likely to be from Eritrea

Just it more pie :)
I'm happy at this weight thanks :)

BMI is a terrible tool for assessing fat levels as it doesn't consider body composition. Waist to hip ratio is a much better indicator for health/cardiovascular disease risk. I hate BMI!

Nice editing gov, but 37" inside leg, blimey that's just huge

Hmmmm I am a bit of a freak I suppose - the last pair of jeans I bought were 36" waist and would you believe 38" leg ( the only size they had so I took a chance ) and they fit without turning them up :o - reckon they are made for Texans

 BMI of 29, I appear to be a fat bast##d from Malta. BMI is such horse pee.

Muscle weighs more than fat, so being heavier for your height, than the guy next to you, is not much use as an indicator of any thing. :D

BMI 23 and lower than 88% of males in my age group in the UK!

Most like males of my age in "Comoros" and I don't even know where that is!

25 and Dominican Republic.

As with a lot of the guys, I could do with a couple of extra inches!

It's fun sure, but BMI is also complete horse poop & takes no account of body habitus.

I have a BMI of 29 - which makes me technically fat, borderline obese. So why then do I have a body fat index of 11% and a 32" waist ?

A couple of years back during an assessment for a minor op, a nurse took my height and weight and, without looking up, recommended that I "lose weight". I lifted up my tee-shirt and asked her "where from"? :)

Exactly the same for me Stuart.

Mine is 27 and I had my BF tested at 10% last week. Went for a work medical and was told to 'watch my weight'.

Absolute nonsense.

BMI is a good rule of thumb tool for people who are not really interested in the health of their body. If you take an active interest in looking after your bod, by eating the right foods often, the wrong foods occasionally and take regular exercise you will know the state of your body well and the BMI is superfluous.

The other one is eat five vegetables a day

BMI:23 and I'd blend in with the average male in Lesotho apparently!!
My "secret weapon" is youngest daughter has moved back in whilst she puts together a suitable mortage deposit and now prepares all the evening meals. She's a vegetarian........and my wife so I've never eaten "healthier"
Definately not giving up on my cave man genes though.......Quorn/soya( or whatever it is ) isn't going to be a permanent life choice :)
