I have a BMI of 29 - which makes me technically fat, borderline obese. So why then do I have a body fat index of 11% and a 32" waist ?
A couple of years back during an assessment for a minor op, a nurse took my height and weight and, without looking up, recommended that I "lose weight". I lifted up my tee-shirt and asked her "where from"?![]()
Exactly the same for me Stuart.
Mine is 27 and I had my BF tested at 10% last week. Went for a work medical and was told to 'watch my weight'.
Absolute nonsense.
