What to use to make lower bumper black

I'm looking at doing this but wit plasti dip as in the link on the first post. That way If I don't like it i can peel it off. The wrap might be tricky to get someone to do a decent job on it.

Are the grilles easy to remove? Not sure wether to remove them and plasti dip them or buy the black gloss oem ones.
 
Doesnt matter if u spray the grills using normal paint, if u wanted to remove the paint u can just bath them in white spirit.
