It's always a possibility, but I'm sure they'd also have to prove they contributed to the accident. It's not like they could refuse a theft claim if the pads were non-R90. Once pumped them a few times when first braking
They are awesome
Slightly dusty though if used hard

Interesting. I was impressed with these on my old Zed and didn't know they were an option for the M. Very low dust too.
