What have you done to your car today?

Not mine but changed all 4 discs and pads on my mates 911, 997.

He’s not drove it for 2 years and decided he now want to use it again.

MOT this week and maybe a clean?
Have to ask why would he not want to drive it? I'll look after it for him if he decides to park it up again.

Updated all the software using a BMW online App.

Also managed to get Alexa working via my iphone although I still have to use the voice commands via the phone not the car system. It may work if I can only figure out how to download Alexa onto the cars hard drive?

Finished machining my new indicator badges, will be looking at fitting them tomorrow (weather permitting).

Holly crap whys he let it go like that??

Thinking of buying another 3.0i big miles but a good history, se with all the trimmings including heated sport seats!! It's my car but manual and sports seats. All down to if he accepts my insulting trade to trade bid.
Watch this space.

Had the front bumper resprayed to get rid of all thenasty stone chips, and a set of Matt black kidney grill put in. Freshens the front up. Now just to decide whether to fit the cupra r splitter........

To fit the Cupra Splitter ......you will find it too small ........so trace out the front profile of the Bumper onto a piece of plywood and screw the middle part of the Splitter to it if it was the Bumper .........then carefully slit the two outer sections with little cuts to the back section until you can stretch it to the line on the Ply .............screw it down and trim the 2 ends as they are too long about 5 inches each side. . Leave it a few days like this and it will take the new shape. It now ready to mount.

That's superb advice thank you. I may do it myself or give it to the gent that painted the bumper. Not great pics as the weather is crap
