What have you done to your car today?

Hi Mike! The tester remembered my car from last year, and was very complimentary about how the pipes had been shaped to fit.

It's just a shame I live 200 miles away. :(

Hi Mike
Thank you . I looked but I need the M sport springs. Have decided to fit Koni adjustable shock absorbers whilst retaining existing ride height.
Cheers

 Shaved my beard off and jumped when I saw myself in the rear view mirror!! I thought someone was in the back of the Coupe!!!
Oh and then gave it a wash.

Cleaned the car after the refurbed alloys had been fitted and then set about tracking down the most annoying squeak coming from the boot - turned out that the number plate bolts were just long enough to catch on the bumper carrier - so every minor bump in the road caused a noise - quite relieved in was such a simple fix and not suspension related :D

Lovely mate. Love the colour combo of your car. The brakes helping u stop after nailing it to hear the Gruppe?

Cheers matey
TBH I did the brakes for the look as I’ve never had a problem how the OEM work, just how they look. That said under heavy braking these work a treat
Loving the GruppeM and I understand why people say it’s addicrive, I just want to make it growl

You planning any more changes? I think I’m all modded out :o

May get rid of the carbon engine cover and replace the original after it has slightly warped with the heat. Also think of putting the 224s back on, Can’t decide. Only thing I know I want to do is respray the front bumper and maybe get some Aeros. Apart from that she’s sweet and happy in her new garage. Though looking at your brakes how much we talking?

It’s a big thumbs up for Aeros
I don’t know what parts cost retail as I get them through the staff family scene. I would think calipers, custom carriers, brake hoses, discs and pads will be around £1350/£1450. Plus wheel spaces and longer wheel bolts it you don’t have them

Last Monday I added my son on to the insurance,

I've hardly seen the car since, i just keep seeing a silly grin in a bright red sun burnt face walking through the house. :?

Got the starter motor replaced as it wasn't disengaging properly from the flywheel on startup.

Engine absolutely jumps into life now, amazing the difference over an original motor!
