What have you done to your car today?

Moved my roof motor and pump from it's swimming pool to the boot. Bit of WD40 and it's back to life.

First time I've properly got involved in a car other than changing a bulb. Got a bug now. :o
 
Gave a few panels a quick machine polish and re-waxed the car ready for its 3000mile road trip starting next Saturday.

That's good going, my zed is currently looking very sorry for itself after a 2600 mile trip, a fly massacre

I get the feeling you could be right!

Gave it a proper clean inside and out today. Used to think the silver was the best colour, but I couldn't find one I liked. This is definitely growing on me though! Just need to wrap and refresh the interior now and put an aux in.

Nice I've got the same brakes on my e92, quite fitting being the same colour as the car 8)
 
Made some final adjustments to the wheel arch liners ready for the National Meet next weekend :driving: :thumbsup:

Lovely reflection Gaz I wanted a black roadster on 108s and cream leather but maintaining the black bodywork and cream leather would have put me on a shrinks couch glad I went for Silver/black combo.

Would not say that Jamie a Silver Z in early evening light looks stunning nothing beats it

I’m not expecting much improvement on braking, but on looks.... that’s a different matter 8)
 
Quick wash and a drive out. It Handles so well now, just a shame that it rattles so much and this strange knocking noise is annoying me. Need to investigate where it's coming from.
