What have you done to your car today?

I love the new pedals Jay
Did the footrest come with them? and was it a perfect fit? I bought one off eBay but it’s far too big and overlaps the original footrest
I really like the way your transforming your Zed

Thanks Davros! No I ordered the footrest from here http://www.pedalhaus.com/e85rhd.html, it's the only place I've seen that make one specifically for RHD so yeah it's a perfect fit. I toyed with getting their full pedal set instead of the CF ones. I'm still not sure whether or not I picked the right option.

Cheers Jay, I’ll have to check out their website. Yep, I can fully understand your dilemma choosing as both the footrest style and the cf pedals both look equally nice :D

I fitted a maintenance charger connection to the battery today. She doesn't get driven much so I hard-wired a Ring maintenance charger to the battery. It has terminals to connect to the battery and a plug to connect to the charger, so it can be left in the trunk whilst driving and then connected up when I'm not!

Found some 'doorcard mats' in the shed, so fitted them in the pockets.

I think they came from an interior I bought on eBay. My original doorcards didn't have them. Perhaps they were an option?

Purchase a hard top from a very nice member Dan.

Going to paint it Monday :)

Very dirty pic after 240 miles lol

I thought I would give some homemade side skirt extensions a try. It kind of follows the curve of the car towards the front, but I am wondering if i should bring it out a bit and have a nice straight line. The curve was kind of unintentional anyway.

No doubt you've been asked this before, but can I have the specs (including offsets) on your wheels please?

Started on a spring clean today. Cut short by yet more rain though. Hopefully get a few miles in driving tomorrow. It's been too long since the last decent blast. :driving:

I would bring the front part in to the bodywork, like the rear part is.

Other than that, they look great. Always wanted a pair of these on my car, but I hate the way the ends stick out from the sideskirt. If both ends were finished the way you've done the rear part on your's, I'd buy them

Thanks! I did what could with these. They are universal ones i got on ebay for 50 bucks shipped. A little cutting involved and I'm still trying to figure out how to make the front end of them mold to the car a little better. Overall I think they look alright.

After finishing the arches I’ve made a start on cleaning up and waxoyling the under side. Was thinking of painting it (done this in the past on my focus RS with great results) however my aim with the Z4 is to preserve it as long as possible over the looks...
