What have you done to your car today?

How are they? These are the ones with a valve that opens automatically with exhaust pressure, right? Quite like the idea.

That’s the ones. They have a nice sound to them but I’m not sure I could live with it as a daily. They do drone at low revs if you coast so you need to select a gear to eliminate this. Not a problem with a weekend toy but tiresome for a daily driver. I’ve not done any motorway driving yet but think/hope it should be drone free

Ah, that's a shame. On paper they sound like a perfect solution for a daily - perhaps they still are if BCS can tweak them.

Still... good for you. :driving:

I can’t upload a video on here but there’s a small clip on my insta pastry_paul. I like the sound generally but there’s no chance of me sneaking out without my wife noticing now  :D

Filled my boot with 6 cases of San Miguel beer on offer at Morrison's for £7 per case. The offer was limited to 3 per customer but had the wife with me. Sometimes having a wife does have benefits. Happy days.

Repeat performance again tomorrow perhaps?

Gave it an overdue wash!

So today I fitted my freshly retrimmed steering wheel, courtesy of Royals (another excellent job by them). Also decided to replace the trims as these were rather tatty, bmw were out of stock of the multifunction controls so resorted to Plasti-dipping these parts. A big improvement from before in my opinion, really freshens up the interior.

How come you retrimmed the M wheel?

Put x5 wheels on but didn't like so sold em

Goes to show how tastes differ, I think those look the nuts!

I’m with Jamie, not so sure they suit the car properly. I think E53 Tigers work much better :)
