Don’t suppose you have a part number for them?
Cheers
There are two part numbers;
51117158835 – Left fog lamp cover
51117158836 – Right for lamp cover
I got a quote from Sopers BMW for a pair delivered for £55.00 which i believe they come in primer so need painting

Why not simply paint the foglight itself :?

I replaced my windowscreen washer cap with a bit of a plastic bag and a rubber band, technically I still have the cap because I can see it on the tray under the engine. :roll:

Nice upgrade...was it expensive? :lol:

Yes, I used a 10p bag for life rather than the cheap 5p ones, the elastic band came free from the post office though :)

If you want to add a bit of chrome bling there's always tin foil!😉

Cleaned it for the first time in what seems an age

Once you have seen it, you can not unsee it.... But the fix was easy:

But now I’ve noticed the caps are rather old with some scratches and I want new ones, so thanks :roll:

:rofl: really glad you did that, but I do think we need help!

Replaced a front signal light bulb, checked around and saw the left rear marker was out too, subsequent looks revealed that the inner liner of the wheel arch was in need of attention. So the next day (yesterday) we were doing a brake flush and had it on the hoist with the wheels off and boy was I wrong! It didn't need attention , it wasn't there ! My pal says "that's not liner , it's body work, there is no liner" , with road grime on there it looks very similar, .... dirty and blackish. It seems that at some point a previous owner had run over something on the road that damaged the channel cover then went into the wheel well and damaged the liner , resulting in "someone" removing all the damaged parts. I've had the car since last July and hadn't noticed it. :!:
$628 later the parts are on order. (there are no Z4's in wreckers yards here). Soon it will be all better :D :D

Bought some fitted luggage, new boot bag, new storage bins for the cabin, New velour mats, new oil bag. Cleaned and waxed it for the first time since October. :o

plugged it back into the CTEK charger - weather looks grim for the next week or so!

:(
