Reluctantly decided to put the coupe up for sale…

so that you can buy an M ????

That’d be awesome, but unfortunately not. I’ve just bought a great new house, and want to prioritise making that the best it can be for us

Many of us older ones have been there before so know how it feels . All the best with the house

Colour coded the side reflectors on my car. They still need polishing, but it’s not a bad job bearing in mind it was done with a rattle can.

Repaired my Z3's central locking key fob that packed up, used a Chinese blank key and swapped the circuit board out to my failed one then synced both keys to the car. £13 ebay purchase, arrived within a week. I did post on this in the zroadster.org forum with pictures.
Have done the same with a failed fob on my Z4 in the past.

Congrats on the house, Barty. Saddened to hear that the Z is making way for it (I'll miss the updates and photos) however that's a significant life event, and I'm sure you thought long and hard about it and the trade-offs needed for same. It will be your greatest, and longest running, project - the very best of luck with it!

(Will the PDM project live on?)

Thanks [ref]Calps[/ref], project PDM will stay, albeit in hibernation for now. It’s the last thing I want to do, but this house comes extremely close to being everything I dreamt of. So it feels like the right choice to make

Still, I have 4 more months before I take ownership, so god knows- maybe I can find a way to keep the Z. Although, with Dutch prices being quite steep, there’s at least €20.000 “locked in” that I could definitely use… tough choices

Congratulations man! Sounds like a wise choice. Life comes first before what is essentially just really nicely sculpted metal that makes a vroom vroom sound

Had low pressure on the screen wash so removed the reservoir and cleaned the two filters between it and the pumps
Took 15mins problem sorted :driving:
