What have you done to your car today?

Presume you have a rust issue.

Typical coupe boot rash on the underside and a few tiny bubbles on the rear arches. Find out later this week if they'll cover it.

Did you hear back from them? Are they going to repair it?

Not yet. Hoping to get a call later today. Keeping all of my digits crossed.

Has anyone got any photos of this boot rash? I think I may have the start of it.

Not mine (mines not as bad) but taken from Google.

Fitted my rear Eibach springs and calipers, put the front springs on the struts.

Thanks, not quite sure why I didn't think of googling it!

Downloaded and installed the latest map update - Europe West Premium 2017-1 - a 16.3 Gb download but probably a good thing to keep everything up-to-date.

Day without touching the car today, replaced a rotten fence-post instead, bit of paint for the panel & refit the latch to the post and it's all ok again :)

Upto Dave the Hood motor guru's workshop this afternoon for Inspection 1 service.Book stamped up and car running sweet meant a good excuse for a long moorland thrash home.

Got my new front bumper installed. :D Just some adjustments to clean lines up. Trying to decide what grills to go with. I have two different sets now. The factory said which is a chrome trim ring with black insert. And the other set is solid Chrome. I've been looking at a wire mesh set that I really like that is a much more aggressive looking Grill. Will get that pinned down today as far as which one to go with. Finishing up today with permanent securement of the bumper to fender and the body. Really enjoying this facelift. My passion is cars, old cars and motorcycles . I am really enjoying the Hands-On transforming of this E85 into my personal little play toy. Will post photos with updates as I go. Plan to start the side skirts this evening but the rain has set in so the tight work space in the garage for viewing what needs to be done may delay that. Any input positive or negative is welcome

I think its looking really good!! I have the wire mesh grille (upper and lower) and love it! You can't really tell in the image, but it is black. You can also get it in chrome.
